Text message consent

A member enters their phone number and taps Continue. The consent disclosure is shown immediately beneath that button, before any text is sent, and reads exactly as follows:

“By tapping Continue, you agree to receive a one-time sign-in code by text from Wisteria. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Privacy Policy: https://wisteriasocial.com/privacy.html”

• Wisteria texts only one-time sign-in codes that the member requests. No marketing texts are sent.
• The same phone number field and Continue button are used whether a member is signing in to an existing account or creating a new one — either way, tapping Continue is what triggers consent and sends the code. Resend code, on the next screen, sends another and shows the same disclosure naming that button.
• Links to the Terms and Privacy Policy are shown directly below the disclosure on the same screen.
